Refund policy
Returns
Our products include many specialty items that are made in limited quantities and, in some cases, are specifically made to suit a particular need or customer preferences. Our policy is to not accept returns. Deposits or pre-payments for special order items are non-refundable under any circumstances. If there is a problem with an item that was ordered please contact us so we may attempt to help resolve the issue.
Under rare circumstances, unopened and uninstalled products (excluding special order or customized products) may be exchanged but they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. To be eligible for a product exchange a customer service representative must provide you with a return authorization code and shipping instructions. Again, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item that is not in its original condition or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund. Purchases older than 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit (less any restocking fee) will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with any item returned. You are responsible for any and all fees or costs associated with the delivery including, but not limited to, rescheduled appointments, rerouted delivery addresses, failed delivery attempts, returns and delays. If a shipment is returned to the sender or to ECII due to non-payment you are responsible for any related fees or costs and your deposit will be not be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for any refund, the cost of return shipping and any related charges will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should use a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance if the value of the item is not already covered. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
